In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we ask that you get in touch with us at your soonest convenience by e-mail or instant message. If the item was damaged, incorrect or defective upon receiving the shipment, we will do our best to correct the issue at our expense.
If you are sending back your order for reasons other than a product defect, we will gladly accept all returns on unused products within 30 days of the original date of purchase. It will be your option to request a refund directly back on your original payment method, or an exchange for other item(s) on our site. Store credit is also available in lieu of immediately exchanging for another item.
Items being sent back for refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Due to our discounted flat rate shipping, we can not cover return shipping charges. All Returns must first be initiated on our Product Return Portal. Once a return has been initiated, a USPS mailing label will be provided and the product can then be shipped back to us. All returns must include the original order number which can be requested from our customer service team by email. Once your return is received, it will be inspected and processed. Once the return has been processed, a refund will be applied to your original method of payment; the items you chose for an exchange will be shipped; or in the case of a store credit, a gift card will be sent to the email address we have on file.
